Overview
NPC Digital Business Card is a modern, app-based alternative to paper business cards—designed to live on the phone, not in the pocket. It enables instant profile sharing via QR/NFC, tracks when and where connections happen, and adds smart utilities like location sharing and time-stamped interactions. For premium users, it can even notify when an existing contact is nearby or re-engages, turning casual exchanges into meaningful, trackable relationships.
Problem
1. Physical business cards get lost, damaged, or discarded, making follow-ups unreliable. 2. Contact details quickly become outdated, and there’s no analytics on who viewed or saved them. 3. Networking moments are chaotic: people meet many contacts but cannot remember context (when/where). 4. Sharing location for a meeting and coordinating follow-ups requires multiple apps and manual steps. 5. There’s no proactive signal when an important connection is nearby or reappears at an event.
Solution
NPC Digital Business Card replaces static paper with a dynamic, mobile-first identity that streamlines sharing, context, and follow-up. 1. Always-with-you e-card: Lives on the phone; share via QR, link, or NFC in seconds. One profile, many modes: public, private, and event-specific views. 2. Real-time, editable profile: Update phone, title, links, and social handles once—everyone sees the latest info. Rich media support: photo, role, bio, portfolios. 3. Context and analytics: Auto-capture time and location of exchanges to preserve meeting context. View engagement metrics (views, saves, reshares) to prioritize follow-ups. 4. Smart sharing and coordination: One-tap location share for meetings; optional temporary location visibility. Built-in reminders for post-meeting follow-up. 5. Premium proximity and re‑engagement alerts: Get notified when a saved connection is nearby at conferences or offices. Reconnect nudges when a contact reopens the card or updates their profile. 6. Privacy-first controls: Granular permissions for what to show, when, and to whom. Expiring links, private notes, and opt-in proximity features. 7. Seamless onboarding and UX: Simple registration/login, clear “How it works” steps, and an at‑a‑glance dashboard for shares and connections (as shown in the shared designs). Dedicated scanner/generator screens for instant QR creation and scanning.
